To All Officials:

There will be an Associational Meeting at Erwin High School (Auditorium) at 4:00 P.M. January  18, 2009.  You will be receiving a packet in the mail with a copy of the new proposed by-laws for review .  When you receive your copy, please review them carefully.  If you have any concerns, questions or remarks, this will be the time to discuss them.  Hopefully, we will be able to vote on these by-laws at this time.

I am sending this letter out via email now so everyone can make plans or check their schedules.  There will be a formal letter enclosed with the packet I am sending out  as soon as I get the material.

We know that Sundays are the only day of the week that some of you have off,  but we feel this is the best day to get more people involved and all members will have the opportunity to have there voice heard.
